• Go to the bottom-right ‘Pay‘ section and tap on it.
Payment section offers four different options for you, whether you want to send and request money or deposit and withdraw cash. Also, by the way, you can pay with Swinto at different merchants just by using a QR code.
• If you want to send money, the first option is ‘Send‘.
Sending money to other Swinto users is instant and without fees!
By scrolling down you can choose anyone from your Swinto contacts,
• Tap the person you want to send money to and proceed with the payment method. Users can instantly send money with no fees to all Swinto users. This can be done by sending a payment straight to the Swinto user and we’ll let them know by sending them a notification.
• Next step is to type the amount of money you want to send.
• Shortly after you’ve set your amount you can write a brief and meaningful message that will be shown to the receiver.
Also, you can make your payment recurring by tapping:
• ‘Payment frequency‘ option, you can set the payment to be sent on a daily, weekly, monthly or even annual basis.
• After you’ve finished all the steps you can tap the ‘Send money now‘ button.
Lastly, to confirm payments we use extra security like face ID or your passcode. We’ll send you this notification to confirm that your payment has been done successfully. After you’re finished, tap ‘Done‘.
