• Go to the ‘Pay‘ section and tap on it.
Swinto users can request payment from other Swinto users.
• Tap on ‘Request‘.
Choose from your Swinto contacts, to the person who you want to request money from.
You can set the amount you want to request, to let the contact know about what this request is regarding, we suggest you describe your request in the note and they will see this before approving or rejecting.
• You can set the request to be sent frequently; daily, weekly and monthly.
• Tap ‘Payment frequency‘ and choose the frequency most appropriate. Check again to see if everything is in order and then,
• Tap ‘Request money now‘.
Lastly, to confirm the request, we’ll send you a notification to let you know that your request has been approved. After you’re finished, tap ‘Done‘.
